Re: How do you do it....
You are welcome regarding the advice. I remember how daunting some of the varying advice and questions within yourself can be when you are in the early stages of your health quest. There are a lot of wise and wonderful people here. You will gain much advice and then it is your job to listen to your gut about what will be best for you. For me Andreas's protocol was the most complete- with facts and logic behind it and it felt right to me on a deep gut level.
I was quite sick and went to South Carolina and met with Andreas a couple of years ago for a comprehensive diagnosis. It was money well spent, because even though I had a flight and hotel to pay for, I had already spent more than that on one specialist visit with tests. I have done 13 liver flushes and become vegetarian(which i could never have imagined doing in the past)and I am so grateful for the changes I've made.
If you are serious about wanting to get well, I would highly recommend getting Andreas's 'Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation' and reading it from cover to cover(also his Liver flush book if you have not yet read it). The book is filled with the 'whys' of everything. Then, armed with all of the info you have already learnt from reading, you may wish to contact Andreas for a phone, email or in person consultation(that way you would save time and money by having learnt the preliminary info). There is a link to his website at the top of this page I believe. Bottom line is that almost everything(health problems) links back to our congested organs. The liver is key, so get into those flushes!
I do have contact with Andreas outside of Curezone, however I have not spoken to him about Curezone in a while. So I could not answer when he will be back. His knowledge seems to be so sort after now that time is the only issue. He was telling me recently that juggling all of the work has become a big challenge. So who knows if he will eventually get back here. I would not hold my breath. Instead, take charge and search onwards! You may learn A LOT by reading old posts of his here- there are years worth of them!
Best wishes on your quest,
Danielle
