Hey there tiwajajo, did you read my reply to your question about what can be done for you MS? That pretty much says it all. I've been on the LDN for the last 2 years and am quite certain that it has halted any further progression of my MS. If you join the yahoo group that is affiliated with the site ldninfo.org you will see messages from the almost 1,000 members that are experiencing the same results. Good luck to you. JoyceF
