A simple approach with easy inexpensive solutions.

1) Take good quality deep earth or sea salt each day. This will hydrate the body. If you are dry you are dehydrated. Put a half tsp in a cup of water twice a day. Good source of minerals and electrolytes. Cheap / effective.

2) Take Molasses each day up to 3 tbs. High concentration of colloidal minerals. Calcium, potassium, iron. Easy / cheap. A good remineralizer. Fast and effective.

3) Apple cider vinegar. High mineral content. Alkalizing. Fast, effective inexpensive. 3-9 tbs per day in water with molasses or maple syrup or honey or none of above (just straight)

4)Eat Kelp each day. Minerals and Iodine for thyroid and skin. Inexpensive. Effective

5)Reishi mushrooms in tea is good. Dragonherbs Longevity is tasty product.

6) Nutritional yeast. Vitamins especially B (good for skin) minerals and complete protein source. Fast / effective / inexpensive Sweeten with molasses Yum!

7) Flax seeds Grind whole seeds and put in smoothies 3 tbs per day. Necessary source of EFA's for skin and all kinds of things. Absolutely essential to ingest on a daily basis. Inexpensive / effective

8) Lecithin in equal parts olive oil. Essential for brain function. Dissolves gallstones and assists liver function. 1 TBS evenings before bed.

All remedies simple / effective / inexpensive

A note-May need to adjust above if you have candida or glycemic conditions.
