Re: hot water??

Really?? 105 degree water for an enema?! i've read on this site that too cool is better than too hot. i'm not sure i can tolerate that. my body doesn't tolerate extremes very well, though mostly cold. do you think it's important?
i just finished my 2nd liver flush within 10 days of the first one (last dose of epsom was an hour and a half ago). i'm not getting much of anything out yet. my liver cramped up pretty good again. i did the variation listed under Dr Clark's flush schedule where i drank another olive oil cocktail this morning (half the amount) 2 hours after the 1st morning epsom salts. in one bowel movement, there were what looked like little green stones but they were soft, and squished like dough. darker green on the inside. same as the other flush i did. so those green things are not just a formation of bile caused by a reaction to the epsom, oil, and citric acid? i'm sure that question is covered in the flush forum or somewhere, but i just don't have the time to scan thru all the FAQ and everything. didn't find it right off.
i'll probably give it a few hours then do an enema, but probably with just very warm, borderline hot, water. maybe with a little salt? or the herbs given to me by a woman who gives ponchekarma (don't know how it's spelled) treatments. she gave me triphala powder to swallow also. she's going to India soon for a 3 week pk herself. she thought my problem was stemming from the colon/small intestine. but also that it was deeper than that.
now that you mention the lymph, would it be painful if it were inflamed? i've had an undiagnosed sharp pain in the area of about 2 inches below and 2" to the right of my belly button, about 2" medial to the upper anterior protruding bone of my right hip (illiac crest? can't remember my anatomical terminology). that pain has been there for some years, better or worse to a degree. it feels like a sharp rock in there when i do harvest work (bending forward movement), but i do it anyways. i think it was what led me to see a doc in 2001, and they found an ovarian tumor (benign) which they thought was causing the pain. i had it cut out, but the pain has been here since. it's definitely higher up that where the ovary sits. ultrasounds and ct scans showed nothing related (but showed my other ovary being enlarged with unknown spots - maybe fatty deposits they said - and a mass on my liver, maybe but not definitely a hemangioma. also a thickened bladder wall, like a cystitis). the docs simply told me that i need to take a laxative. i know that's not true. another doc said endometriosis. they requested an MRI, but i had enough of the med system, and my health coverage. recently a naturopath said he thought it was the illio-secal valve, maybe a leaky gut thing. whatever it is, it hurts more with an enema, and hurt a lot during this last flush. it gets sharp also when it seems that food matter is passing thru that spot.
anyways, i'm so sorry for rambling on like this. i don't know yet where else to go for help. analysis always turns out inconclusive, and treatments ineffective. if i need to change something in my mentality/attitude, i'm not sure it's possible at this point. at least not until my physical conditions change, or something actually goes right. i won't be in a physical situation where i can do a tight schedule (diet, enemas, sleep patterns, etc) by the end of this month or so, as my life is so transient (though i have attempted to change that before).
thanks for responding. i know you have a busy schedule. if i end up down your way and have extra cash, i might try to schedule an appointment. been wanting to migrate south somewhere for the rest of winter.
take care.
