Re: Andreas: One-sided Chewing

Osal,

In the long term, one-sided chewing affects the structural balance in the jaw joints. This in turn can lead to changes in the positions of the hip joints. On the other hand, an imblance in the hip joints can affect the jaw joints, causing the person to chew on one side versus on both.

Cabbage is a Vata food (air food), which means it release a lot of gases when being digested. The tiny air bubbles become trapped in the fecal matter making it fluffy and light, and float in water.

As you can derive from the Timeless Secrets book, cultured vegetables are not the only thing that may improve digestion and assimilation. There are many factors that need to be considered, such as a clean liver and colon, bedtimes, mealtimes, emotional states, etc.

That dehydrated spot relates to a section in the ascending colon that is more congested and dehydrated. Liver and colon cleansing should help dissolve the blockage and rehydrate the colon.
