There are countless people in the world with undiagnosed allergies or intolerances to dairy, grains, and dairy+grain (combined intolerance), such as my own daughter. Stick with vegetable soup and add one thing at a time. Food intolerances are NOT immune-mediated, so you don't get the same kind of obvious reaction as you do to immune-type allergies. Only the O.G. Carroll Food Intolerance Test (or Carroll Food Intolerance Test) can determine enzyme deficiency problems that can kill you while your M.D. is still scratching his head and looking at the symptoms instead of the causes.
