Re: Hair loss and weight gain

You probably have received the books by now and this may be redundant. The weight gain, thyroid issue, and hair loss are all connected. By cleaning out the eliminative organs and getting your mealtimes and diet right, your body will start eliminating waste and toxins from the body through these more natural channels, instead of moving them up into the chest, thyroid, head, hair folicles, blood and lymph vessels. Not eating these concentrated protein foods will help you decongest the blood and lymph vessels, and eating and sleeping at the appropriate times, help regulate the digestion of food. Of course, liver flushing will play a major role in all of that. Taking sips of hot, ionized, water every half hour will be very helpful in removing waste deposits from the head, thyroid, chest, and intestines. Oxyflush, Oxypoweder or Colosan may also be helpful to accelerate the process of internal cleansing.
