Liverflushing you have to do at least 10x before you see general improvement before that time, you might notice little changes.
If you have trouble going to bed early, do it the other way around, no matter what time you go to bed set the alarm clock between 5-6 am. Don't sleep in daytime, after awhile you might have to go bed earlier. My husband and I have been doing this now for a couple of years. Even if we go to bed later we still get up early.
Liverflushing balances the hormones too.

Of course you don't get that done in a couple of months, so far I have been at it for more than 2 and half years. I just keep going, and when I slip back, I can feel I have to get back on course. When you feel well it is easy to forget how you got there.
