Re: lipid/cholesterol problems etc

Suga,

You described all the major symptoms of protein poisoning and lymph congestion in the cysterna chyli vessels and thoracic duct (skin rashes mainly on trunk and scalp, and pain in upper chest area esp when lying on right side, pains in between right and left shoulderblade and pain down the left side of neck and shoulder).
Eating just "less" protein can be desastrous when the blood capillary walls and lymph ducts are already saturated with protein. Especially when they are eaten in the evening. Insulin resistance and high cholesterol directly result from eating animal proteins and accumulation of proteins in the basal membranes of the blood vessel walls (see details in chapters on diabetes and on heart disease in my book Timeless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation). Just let me mention that to process a piece of steak forces your pancreas to produce more insulin that you would require to deal with 1/2 pound of white sugar. Obviously, this is eventually bound to lead to insulin resistance and its complacations, including sugar cravings. The deceiving thing about this is that eating protein does not at first raise blood sugar levels as the sugar would, only it makes it permanent once the cells refuse to take up the excessive amounts of insulin carrying sugar. The emphasis on eating protein and cutting out good carbs for diabetics is either due misinformation, malpractice (bad practice), or vested intrests to keep the diabetes drug business flourishing. It has no scientific backing nad isn't even rational. I have never heard of herbivorous animals like wild horses, elephants, goriallas, or cows develop diabetes from eating carbohydrates all day long, nor do their musclular bodies suffer any protein deficiencies.
When the protein cup is overflowing, even just one bite of cheese can set off a major reaciton in the body's immune system, the blood, and the lymph fluids throughout the entire body. It makes cleasning the body all the more difficult, for how do you remove something through ducts that are clogged up. So to answer your question, just eating less protein may not be sufficient to stop such reactions. In cases like this, it is a question of either...or.
There is an emotional component to your issue that has a "paralysing" effect on the body's ability to remove waste matter. It is essential for you to speak your truth to those you are afraid of saying it to. It is important to stand up for what you feel, and what you deserve, regardlss of the repercussions. The only other alternative would be suffocation, phsyically and emotionally. Although you have come a long way, this is an important step for you to take.

Many blessings,
Andreas
