such things/ rogue behaviour happens a lot in the UK. as a foreigner living in the UK, i was quite shocked when i first landed.

in general, superficially, there are laws or avenues in UK you can turn to. but of course, there are lots of loopholes. the legal system is quite inefective at really protecting the interests of people, individuals.

maybe i haven't really absorbed Andra's message, but i really hope he will sue the pants off him and land him in jail and make him broke or something.
