From what I have read, if the body is low in magnesium, then it would absorb the magnesium from the Colosan first, then the Colosan would produce the watery BMS.
I thought this was what happened with the first use of Colosan, but I tried the Colosan again a week after and had the same result. I find it hard to believe that I depleted such a large amount of magnesium in one week, especially since I supplement with magnesium citrate on a regular basis.
My colon/rectum felt irritated from the Colosan, which is why I found it difficult to maintain bowel control when using it. This did not happen with Oxypowder even though the BMs were far more liquid.
