Yes, your are processing many lifetimes at once. The different roles you are playing and experiences you are having and directly linked to bringing to completion the "unfinished business" from several simultaneous lifetimes that may call past lives. At the same time being here with so many other souls, there is a field effect to this that nobody can avoid being affected by. There is a tremdendous collective cleansing going on, induced by ever-increasing energies of a high frequency nature, and this brings to the surface any fear, poor self-perception, insecurities, and resistances. When the pressure gets very strong, there will b ea breaking point of collapse of the resitance. This is what is called breakdown. The breakdown lifts you up to a higher frequency of your own being, until more of you also reach that level and clear any resistances (guilt, shame, resentment). This is what is happening right now, and everyone sensitive and committed to self-improvement will be challenged to move in this direction. Those who are not, may have an easier life, but remain in a denser form of consciouness. Those who go through it now, will have it much easier later when the world moves into greater disarray and confusion. They will help those who are going to be desperate. Don't be afraid of the breakdowns, they are the breakdthroughs to propel you into the new emerging you.
