From what I've been reading, it seems to me that I'm extremely vata type; now, are body types permanent in a way that we have to follow the specific diet and lifestyle for a given type and stick with it , or should we try to achieve a median mix of body types by developing the other body types in us?
I don't really follow a vata diet as I thrive to eat healthier than what is recommended for vata.
Any comments or suggestions are extremely appreciated!
