Indeed, both your posts contain descriptions of numerous health issues and the many things you takee or do. This makes it somewhat diffcult to judge from your writing what is behind your complaints. However, I would say the following given my experience with a good number of your symptoms.

It is obvious that your body is dealing with impurities of various kind. Parasites get attracted to them; they don't cause any harm unless congestion of waste in the Gi tract and liver bile ducts leads to their proliferation. Most digstive problems originate in the liver, and poor bile secretion (due to stones in the bile ducts) undermines enzymatic action in the intestines). This can lead to multiple problems throughout the body.

When bile ducts are blocked and the gallbladder becomes ineffcient, the liver cannot properly break down toxins, and so the skin, lungs, colon, kidneys, lymphatic system, immune system all become overtaxed and may begin to develop symptoms of malfunctioning. Taking all these different herbs vitamins may bring relieve to some symptoms here and there, but doesn't change the overall performance of the digestive system. If the liver is behind your problems, which it appears to be, cleansing it would be the most sensible thing to do. If you check out the sign/marks of presence of stones and the various causes of stone formation as described in THe Amazing Liver Cleanse (see my website), you may be able determine whether this is in fact the case.
