Dear Owen,

I red the Samento post from BruceIce. Already in the past, I learnt interesting things about the efficacy of cat's claw.
Here in Germany I have the opportunity bying this herb without any problems, however Samento will be hard to get.

Therefore, I would really appreciate if you could give me a clue on how to prepare this herb (tea, decoct, alcoholic extraction) and about the dosage.
Furthermore, I am curious to know whether you have any personal experience with cat's claw.
