Re: Sick of being Sick

The post by kemetic makes a good point. Whatever you attempt to do, if the colon remains clogged up, the body won't have an outlet for its waste and begins to suffocate. When the waste is held inside, toxins are genereated that end up in the lymph, blood, liver and kidneys. If you feel sick after a colonic, you may just have opened Pandora's box. Although, it is may be uncomfortable at first, in such an extreme situation, you may need to do a colema (using a colema board is less insense,) every day or a colonic every day two days until the toxic feeling subsides. Once that is resolved, through a balanced diet and lifestyle (see The Key to Health and Rejuveantion, ener-chi.com), you can stabilize the situation and get your body ready for liver cleansing.
