Mirrors or triggers?
Hi Andreas, I hope you are fine.
My question:
Other people are our mirrors?
I have read that some people are just mirrors of what we need to see in ourselves.
Did I understand this right or am I wrong?
If this is true, how dos it relate to all the craziness around us. I am at the point that almost stop talking to all my friends.
I have seen lately how selfish they are, or how arrogant, or how superficial.
But I have hard time relating to those emotions or states.. I like to kind, compassionate, understanding. It is not a big deal for me it comes easily. I think my worst weakness is tendency to anger when I am hurt and then I become extremely inflexible.
But I have not seen anybody with that tendency. SO it is possible that more than a mirrors right now we are becoming triggers for the emotions we need to clean?
If the answer is yes, how can we deal with so many different inputs form so many different people saying so many differnt things?
How can understand the different messages, specially when they have criticism?
Thanks
Zule
