Sjorgren's syndrome

Hi all! I'm a mother of 3 who hasn't felt at all well for a while (especially after my last birth by c-section almost 4 months ago). I've had a bunch of weird symptoms which I think made some of my docs think I must be post-partum or a hypochondriac or something. Here are a few: Extreame dry eyes and mouth, sore tongue, sore and or dry lips, occational chest pain, but ekg and blood normal, occassional swallowing problems, gastritis, extreame fatigue, generalized aches all over etc.

My Allergist had the insight to test for Sjogren's and I had SSa,SSb antibodies, RF of 28.4, HLA-b27 positive (my dad had ankylosing spondolytis). ANA negative. We don't know exactly what to make of it all and the Rheumatologists are all booked into October so I have to wait. I had a back x-ray, but haven't seen results yet.

Reading the literature, there is so much overlap of symptoms amoung the autoimmune things its hard to tell what could be wrong.

I'm exercising, trying to lose weight and eat well, still nursing the baby, and today I got some relaxation tapes. I don't know what else to do....I don't dare take pain meds because that is what got me into the gastritis.
