You can develop major colon problems if the liver flushes are not followed by a colonic or at least a colema (see explanations in The Amazing Liver Cleanse, ener-chi.com. If stools are hard magnesium oxides may cause gas-related cramping as they try breaking down the hardened waste matter. You can use Colosan to softe nup things, but not doing colonics after liver cleanses can nevertheless lead to strictures (due to irritation by the trapped stones) that slow peristalsis and affect nergy levels and wellbeing. Colema boards are widely available, such as Ebay.com.
