Well, I finally got up the courage to do my first flush on Wednesday, I had been feeling so sick from my liver and gallbladder issues, I thought, "better now than later, maybe it will make me feel better." Well, I ate as recommended and did the epsom at 6 and 8pm. Did a plain enema to get things going at around 9pm. I already felt really nauseous (this has been one of my most bothersome symptoms for some time). I drank the OO and juice at 10pm and went to bed. I was in bed for about half and hour and then I became much more nauseous. Well, to make a long story short, I only slept about one hour the whole night and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom sitting by the toilet. I felt so sick. I never actually threw up. I started passing stones at 5am, the first one was really big (about 1/2 inch around). I ended up passing about 35 stones all together (maybe around 50 if I count the really small ones), two of them were 1/2 inch. I feel it was successful, I was happy to see the stones. But, I don't know if I have the courage to do this again. I felt so sick all night and all day Thursday (although I finally got some sleep on Thursday) and I still feel funky today (Friday). Why does getting well have to be so hard? Is there anything I can do to try to prevent feeling so sick while flushing? I really feel like this is the answer to my long list of health issues, but I am so scared to do this again and make myself feel so sick.
