URGENT!!!! Hep B, PLEASE READ

My nephew is in the hospital, his liver is failing. He has hepatitis B. The doctor didn't give him anything when he was diagnosed, he told him it just needed to run it's course. That was 2 weeks ago. He was very jaundaced then and still is. Now they say if he doesn't have a partial transplant he may die! Is there anything at all that can help him? Does anyone know of anything at all? If you can help me, thank you SO much!
