I have heard of people clearing the virus in the acute stage, with their own immune system (and the vitamin C someone mentioned), but if it goes into chronic I haven't. Then it's mainly learning to live with it. There's a very good website in Canada for helping with that. I will try to find it. I have tons and tons of research on hep. C. But the vertex company is having great results with their clinical trials of a new product that will be ready in 3 years and it works much faster than interferon.
