Blood Test Results -- Need Help!

I performed a 10-day MC which ended with a liver cleanse on Sunday, After the cleanses, I have only eaten raw food.

In general, I am doing wonderful as I feel very light. Nevertheless, in the morning I am feeling a little tired (even though I go to sleep at 9:00 p.m. and I have been having a fruit juice or fruit as dinner, as I usually do.) Plus, I am used to waking up at 5:00 a.m. and exercising in the morning.

I finally get out of bed and go to perform my daily walk, but I have noticed that the energy is not the same (even though I feel lighter), and I feel a bit dizzy at certain times.

Because of this situation I decided to have a blood test to see if I was suffering from anemia. To my surprise hemoglobin levels are OK (12.4 g/dL), but white blood cells are below the normal level at 3.68 K/uL (normal range 3.80-10.8), red blood cells are low as well at 4.01 M/uL (normal range 4.20-5.40) and hematocrites (HCT) are low too at 36.6 % (normal range 37-47).

Likewise, the interpretation in the test states the following: SUSPECTED ABNORMAL POPULATIONS: "Variant lymphocites" and USER DEFINED ABONORMALITIES: "Leukopenia" (which refers to the low WBC count).

I also had a thyroid hormone (TSH) test performed and the value came out low as well at 0.45 (normal range is from 0.49-4.67)

Would someone out there help me determine, what do these values indicate?

I am planning to have both tests done in two weeks again and I would like to know if there are any suggestions to increase the WBC count. It seems my immune system is not doing well, which is a surprise to me, especially after the cleanses.

Thank you!
