I was wondering what your opinion was on metabolic typing. As you advocate eating a low (especially animal) protein diet do you think that those people who are advised to eat a high-ish protein diet due to their metabolic type being mislead? I metabolise lighter proteins eg fish, chicken better than most carbs and don't seem to get the same energy from vegetarian proteins eg pulses with complex carbs. I have had chronic fatigue syndrome for a number of years and know I need to cleanse my liver but feel that would be too strong at the moment.
