I have nothing against cell food if you feel good with it.

Regarding ThreeLac, you have to see if the benefits outweigh the side-effects. On one hand, it is great of the Candida fungus is brought under control, but on the other hand, if undigested food is not coming out, your body may become toxic and overloaded with hamrful waste matter. Not having regular bowel movements impairs energy distribution in the body, which can affect all the organs and systems.

If you have taken this product for two months and not found much improvment of the candida issue, you may need toalter your appraoch.

As with most of these products, they don't take into consideration that candida is very hard to combat, unless the liver bile ducts cleansed of all stones. You may find temporary relief while using the products, but this compares with a fire engine trying to put out a raging wildfire. Bile is supposed to keep the bacteria population in the gut balanced. When hundreds and thousands of bile stones prevent enough bile from reaching the intestinal tract, digestion becomes ineffective and waste generation increases. To decompose some of that waste, destructive bacteria come in and help to break it down. Candida yeast helps to ferment any undigested sugars from carbohydrates and Candida fungus feeds on all kinds of waste matter.

To sum it up for you, it is fine to use ThreeLac or Primal Defense as long they don't make you feel worse, and as long as you remove the stones in the liver and gallbladder that are responsible for the Candida problem.
