I forgot to mention that I do have Systemic Candida. I have adhered to the diet faithfully too along with the gluten
free diet. The gluten free diet prohibits wheat, oats, rye and barley. So that eliminates all pastries, cookies, cakes,
and most sweets. Therefore it is pretty easy to stay on the candida diet.
What helped you the most? What protocol did you use to get rid of the yeast besides diet? Is that when you
began to improve?
