Eating and headaches

Dear Andreas,

Just read your response to a question below..."You can trust that whatever you feel strong resistance towards, that's where the solution to your problems lies". How wonderfully true, thank you!

My question is that I've become ever so much more sensitive to slight effects of foods on my system. I live close to my work so I walk home for lunch every day. I eat food that I've cooked late the evening before, reheated in the oven or stovetop. Then I walk back to work. Often I feel a slight headache immediately after eating. It is usually gone by the time I've walked back to work. What could be causing this? I am not getting the headaches after eating in the evening or breakfast. I'm eating an Ayurvedic diet for my body type. The other thing I've noticed is that when I snack on almonds (not blanched) I get the same slight headache immediately after eating.

I would appreciate any thoughts you have on this pretty small but nonetheless annoying thing.

Have a great day!
Thank you,
janaki
