Sorry for the assumptions. Some members of this forum have tried and liked Fruit-Eze. I believe it is a blend which when mixed with water helps resolve constipation.
I have not tried it, but you may want to check out their web site, also search for posts on this forum. If you have difficulties with either of this let me know.
