Modern vs. Natural medicine

I was diagnosed with Hep C about two months ago. I had my first visit with a GI doctor today and plan to visit a Homeopathic doctor in the near future. I plan to have a lab done to determine my genotype within in the next few weeks and then a liver biopsy. I'm comparing the antivirus shots and the natural route. What is everyone's opinion on the comparison on these two approaches?
