i caught a cold and fought it off/ stillhave a bi tof a dry cough.
i have been avoidign teh second round tha t both my kids got/ thank God so far..
i have been taking dr. schulzes echineacha plus btw tophat is takign orders he is honest and gives 40 % discoutn off dr.schulzes product and that particular tincture is i think 20 thru him thant 30 reg.

also i have been uppin g my oil of oregano intake and with both of those and also zapping near my bronchials i seem to be fighting awya the 2nd round..

goto the ask dr.schulze new forum and read sinus infection post and flu update posts he also suggests eatign at least 3 fresh garlic cloves a day (chew them up or more i fyoualready hav eit) so i also got soem breath drops/natural for 5 $ from www.burtsbees.com to get the garlic smell out 8)
