Re: Crawling up throat HELP!
If I couldn't get professional help here's what I'd do:
I'd prepare myself TWO solutions:
One with:
- 400ml drinking water.
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of
table salt . [the amount of salt varies and depends on your organism and on several other factors. 1 teaspoon should be safe in most cases, I think].
I'd boil the water for 15 mins then I'd add the salt.
I's set this solution aside in a cool environment but not to freeze.
I'd prepare a second solution of 1400ml water boiled for 15 minuties with 3 to 4 tablespoons of cloves all together. Afterwards I'd add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of
Sugar and just about 30 drops of pure lemon juice. This is important. You want to keep just the liquid.
Then, I'd wait for that bastard to 'show up' again.
The moment I'd feel it coming up the trhoat, immediately I'd drink the FIRST SOLUTION at least 50ml per shot with 5 to 10 seconds between each shot [after shaking it plenty to ensure a good mix].
Then I'd wait 1 to 3 minutes and then I'd drink at least 100ml of the second solution. Then I'd drink twice the dose of the second solution every 5 to 10 minutes increasingly doubling the dose each time, until I ran out of it. That should take care of it.
A bowel movement could occur ab. 1 hr afterwards.
HOWEVER; This could be dangerous if you're TOO infested. One could never be really sure just what to expect, so I'd do this as a desperate measure only, and by no means would attempt it twice.
Try not to be alone if you're going to do this.
I'd do it this way because I'd rather get the bastard instead of waiting for it to crawl up my pharynx down the trachea to choke me to death in my sleep. It's probably some adult A. lumbricoides.
Keep us posted if possible.
Good luck.
