Parasites in the liver?

hello I have come to the conclusion that I may have parasites in my liver.

I am aware of the very well know n liver cleanse, but cannot do this yet, until my liver is less congested..I actuallly feel as if my liver/gallbladder are sore..

I wonder has anyone taken a parasite cleanse and found their liver pain is much improved and also digestion improved?

Can anyone recommend good commercial holistic parasite cleanses?
