Hello - die off is when the parasites are dying and being removed from your body. When your body becomes a host to parasites, it has to adjust itself to the "forigners" and the toxins they create. The toxins include dead parasites in your body, parasite feces AND parasite urine (which is 100% ammonia). The body will give you signs of parasite infection; digestive problems, fatique, skin problems, etc. When you do a parasite cleanse, there is a lot of action going on in your body. The parasites and larvae will try to migrate to a different area of the body to survive - the chemical componants in the herbs used in a cleanse working in different ways to get rid of the parasites - the parasites leaving the organs - ALL OF THESE things and more will cause what is refered to as "die-off". In some people it can cause nausea, headaches, flu-like symptoms, etc. The body is simply readjusting itself to being parasite free. The severity of the initial infection and the general health of the individual varies greatly as will the level of die-off symptoms. Some people have horrible die-off and some people will experience no noticable symptoms. I hope this helps.
