what should i expect?

i ordered my herbs to do a parasite cleanse, and am eagerly awaiting their arrival. im wondering what to expect once i start them as far as my bathroom needs. i assume one can go about their daily functionings without worrying too much about unexpected sudden bathroom urges??? i mean im going to be able to make it, right? i just don't want to embarass myself at work. also, i would like to try the P&B shakes... i will be getting a month supply of the parasite cleanse herbs... should i do the shakes starting the last week of that??? or once im all done with the parasite stuff?? thanks for the input!!!
