does everyone have parasites?

i am currently doing the Master Cleanse, and have now found out about all the other internal cleanses i should be doing. i'm wondering if i will see a lot of results from a parasite cleanse if i have been vegetarian for 9 years (since i was 14) and vegan for over 2. i know most parasites come from eating meat or seafood. do you think i will still see lots of interesting things coming out of me if i do a parasite cleanse?? thanks for your help!
