I don't know how much help I will be, but I'll tell you my experience with Parastroy. I did some bowel cleansing for a couple of weeks before doing the Parastroy. I, myself, felt that I was "clean" enough to do Parastroy after doing the bowel cleanse. Ask yourself-"Do I feel 'clean' enough?" I can't really tell you if you're ready to do a parasite cleanse. That's really just something you're gonna have to decide for yourself. You know your body better than anyone. Everybody's different. I've never done Ultimate Cleanse, so I'm not sure how it works, so you'll kinda have to gauge yourself to determine whether or not your bowels are clean enough to proceed to Parastroy. One thing about Parastroy, it kept me regular in my bm's, due to the Cascara Sagrada in it. So even if you're not certain about being clean from the Ultimate Cleanse or you're concerned about not having regular bm's, the Parastroy is gonna help you have good bm's.

You may have to correct me on this, but I think Parastroy says to do the cleanse for 2 weeks, then take a break, then do it again for 2 weeks.

As far as doing other cleanses/flushes after doing Parastroy, it couldn't hurt. I know hanna who posts here recommends a Liver Flush to help rid of parasites, too.
