do I need to do a parasite cleanse?

How do I know if I need to do a parasite cleanse? I have been having stomach issues after my gb/ Liver Flushes but I am not sure they are related to parasites. I did buy a Parastroy kit, but amd not sure if i should do it right after the gb/liver cleanse. Doesnt the bidy need time to heal from onee flush to the next? If I do the Parastroy cleanse, should I take a probiotic while doing it? Any info would help from experieced people.
