take a senna tea to flush your bowels out. to give you a bit of relief right away.
its less than 5$ a box. and if you do The Master Cleanser after your parasite cleanse to fully clean your bowels you can use that tea durning that too. dont use it all the time right now though.


replace your bar soap with neem soap. i prefer organix brand extra strength. one bar lasts me and my s.o. a month and we take two showers a day. use it with some scrubby gloves. i get my neem soap here:
