well the only gross thing:
i was in the shower and i felt my sinuses pop. it felt so wierd....kinda like what an ear infection feels like when it pops...but it was behind my nose kinda under my eye. and then i felt this hot gush pour out of my nose.
i was greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat blood nose. but i touched it with my hand and it was clear liquid. so i just went to wipe it away and rinse off my hand (i was in the shower not standing on the street. haa haa) anyway as i did the little swipe a red line mixed in the clear fluid came out. i rinsed it off without really paying attention as it rinsed i noticed it wasnt just a streak of blood in the liquid. but it was down the drain before i could examine it. someone on here told me/linked me to a parasite that was a certain type of nematode that can live in your sinues.

other things i saw that i passed:
(i just looked in the water. i didnt dig around or whatever)
white little seeds
white little worms
black colored flat flukes
red flat flukes
candida clumps and strings

what improved:
my eyesight. i dont need to wear my reading glasses anymore
my lips - they used to be all dry and chapped
my anxiety - its now "normal"
my sleeping patterns - waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better
sinues - I NO LONGER GET HUGE SINUS HEADACHES AT ALL! <----- thats my favorite one and i would pull as many gross nematodes out of my face as needed to get that benifit.
passed Gallstones - no Liver Flush but i upped the healthy fat in my diet. post mastercleanser. i think the stones were some dead parasites that fell to my gallbladder along with common Gallstones (they were different colors)

i also followed it up with a master cleanse and i felt even better. i dont know if it was the parasite cleanse or The Master Cleanse but my crippling joint pain went away and only acts up a touch with weather. before i couldnt use my knee or wrist without getting watery eyed. and i had both of those seen by a "real" doctor who suggested surgery...well screw that. natural methods all the way.


anyway...this is the guy i bought them from.
remember to drink water. i took mine on an even schedule just like any anti-viral med or Antibiotic so the parasites couldnt recover from poisoning. i also ate a couple chocolate squares with my pills. barefoot herbalist told me the love Sugar so i figured the herbs mixed in Sugar would attract them to it. if it worked better that way..i dont know..but i got to eat chocolate. hee hee
