Well it was actually about half the size of a sun-dried tomato and really looked like one and I'm making an effort to chew my food well so it really surprised me.

I've seen some smaller ones just like tomato skins when I've done a Liver Flush in the past. But this time I wasn't doing any kind of flush - unless you count vomiting :-)
