Totally freaked out!

Hi all, Just thought I would share. I had a horrible health proble for about 1.5 years related to parasites. I did a whole body cleanse detox, Colon Cleanse followed by a parasite regime and have now regained my health after almost 2 years. Tonight when I was cooking dinner, this totally freaked me out!!

I realize this is gross, However, given what I have been through in the past year (extremely painful battle with my health) and the fact that the doctor's believe it was parasite related, I am sharing.

This is what crawled out of my cod when I was preparing it tonight. This fish was bought from the local organic grocery, frozen right after purchase and when I tried to cook it, this critter- who survived the freezing after 2 weeks crawled out! Needless to say I will not be eating fish anytime soon, cooked or otherwise! My advice, Do not buy your fish from sunflower grocery or anyone affiliated with their distributors!
