Re: doctors are a joke

I found a pediatrician who believed that our whole family needed to be treated for the parasite Giardia even though it wasn't not visible in a stool sample. The dr. had giardia many times during the travels of his career so he knew the symptoms and knew to treat with a much stronger medication. I felt very lucky but am now afraid of reinfection or that we also have something else. It's all sort of a nightmare.
