Getting rid of pinworms... A plea for help... Warning: Somewhat grafic

It's hard, I know.
I think I've never gotten rid of them since childhood (not that I've been trying), but just about a month ago I felt them coming down again and decided to take a LOOK!!! Certainly I was horrified to see a white thingy squirming next to my anus and feel other ones still inside my colon... Ughhhh... Got me Colonix pack the next day, thinking I might as well clean the bowels while getting rid of the worms with Paranil. Well, I didn't get all the results I was sold on when reading DrNatura website, so, 3 weeks later, sent everything back... Now I need to find a way to get rid of the worms somehow. Naturally, not with drugs. What should I use??? I am soo frustrated as I've felt the movement inside the colon again tonight. Out of desperation I stuck a piece of garlic in my a$$, hoping I won't have to see alive squirmy-wormies with my eyes again, hoping this garlic will kill them before they get a chance to get out and lay 10 000 eggs again... We'll see...
