Okay - seriously, it's VERY difficult to eat 1/4 pound of pumpkin seeds mixed with yogurt and coconut oil (just a bit of oil). Even on an empty stomach. It's really good at first, nutty flavor, etc. But the time I was finished I felt like puking. Then later, I really did feel nauseous for a short time. Then I drank the sea-salt concoction two hours later as a laxative which usually sends me several time to the bathroom, but this time only twice. I suppose that was because of there being food in my stomach already. Hours later and I can STILL taste that disgusting pumpkin seed/yogurt mix. EWE!
I DID notice a lot of white segments of something in my bowel movements though. I guess I'll know more tomorrow.
