Well, after researching, it says you should eat the ground up seeds of between 1/2 to 1 1/2 pounds of pumpkin seeds for them to work for parasites/tapeworms. So I've ground up half a pound to start and HOW AM I GOING TO EAT ALL THIS? Have you seen how much 1/2 a pound of pumpkin seeds amounts to!? It's a LOT, especially when ground up. So at the moment, I've mixed some of it with plain yogurt and it's not too bad. I doubt I'm going to finish this 1/2 pound though. In an hour or two, I'll follow with sea-salt flush and see what happens!
