Epsom Salts in BathWater is a Sedative and Relaxing

oooh, I just wanted to mention you may want to try taking Epsom Salt Baths-- or at least soak your feet in Warm Epsom Salts added to your foot baths.

I thought it was an old wives tale til I tried it months ago. It got me so chilled out and relaxed within seconds!! I thought I better stock up on Epsom Salts or the FDA will pull it off of store shelves because it will compete with Paxil.

I read on the Barefoot Herbalist forum that it adds Magnesium into your body that has a n instant calming effect. You can even take too many Epsom Salt baths and get too much Magnesium in your body -- because the skin does soak it up into the tissues.

Try that when you are particularly stressed out instead of cigarettes. All you need is a box of $2.00 Epsom Salts from the drug store. It really does go into your body and particularly good for women suffering through magnesium deficiency who suffer PMS.

I want to take another Epsom Salts bath Friday when everyone is out of the house and not using our solitary bathroom.
