Just start doing the liverflush, but keep it up every 2-3 weeks till no stones or sludge for 3x. It might take more than 10 flushes. Some protocols don't suggest parasite cleaning first, a lot of people don't, like me. While you do this you can also do any bowelcleanse just skip the 2 days of the flush. Tweet
