Re: Liver Cancer - IV stage

First of All i would like to wish you and your friend good luck. It is tough. I really didnt' have any one I know who had or has Stage IV Liver Cancer, but 6 people in my family have and had cancer.Well actually my uncle had a mestisized lump stage IV in his liver. Number one: 1) My Uncle got lung cancer, it then mestisized to his Liver and bones, he died of an infected blood transfusion. But right before he died, his oncologist gave us all big hope that he might get a 5 year survival. 2) My Aunts Husband, got Stage IV Lung Cancer, it got in to his liver, his liver lump was stage IV, and he beat it. 3) My aunt got multiple myeloma, had a BMT and we are hoping that shell' be well.4) My other aunt died of stage III Throat Cancer. 5) My grandfather is fighting leukemia. 6) My cousin fought leukemia.... shes' perfectly fine now thank god. So what I am trying to say, is that you have big hope, he will make it hopefully. I love oncology, i know every thing about it.
