P & B is (correct me if im wrong folks) Psyllum and Bentonite Clay shakes.

So you're probably already taking them anyway- but not as a 'shake".
I think that folks got the ""P & B" abbreviation from the Master Cleanse Forum .

They use the Psyllum and Bentonite over there to get out "mucoid plaque"

What I do is just take 4 capsules of Psyllum Husk with alot of water in the morning, with one tablespoon of Bentonite Clay in the water. Tweet
