I too felt impatient to get things moving along, so devised my own programs with this and that as I was able to tolerate more and more (just experimented as I progressed). I'd do my program after awakening, later take more supplements/herbs with a snack or meal (appetite quite suppressed), squeeze in my fiber drink mix prior to next snack/meal (followed by lots of fluid), take more supplements/herbs with that, etc.
I'd learn which I could tolerate on an empty stomach (even if label recommended with meal) or vice-verse. I prefer tinctures or Grapefruit Seed Extract in small amount of juice after a meal to avoid sweet items on an empty stomach. I can't complain that I haven't pulled up, pried loose, scraped off, and extracted everything imaginable off my ocean "floor" (I'm now down to the "floorboards" under the "floorboards"). And once I got going, there was no turning back! Hope your load is lighter.
